According to investigators, nine defendants began partying the house with the audio system and later sexually assaulted the woman. They used to play loud music when they sexually assaulted women. Some of them will stand outside the house to keep visitors attentive.

On several occasions, they also physically attacked the victims while resisting. In one example, a girl managed to escape from the house and seek shelter in a nearby house, sources said.

They connect with survivors, mainly by using various excuses from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, including providing them with work.

In one example, one of the defendants sexually assaulted the survivor at her home and recorded the bill on video. Later, he blackmailed her with video and asked her to come to Chinnappapalayam’s house. Sources said she suffered repeated sexual assaults within a day. Investigators also found that one of the criminals used a voice-changing app to speak survivors’ family as mothers or female friends.

Although Thirunavukkarasu was a financier, Sabarirajan Alias ​​Rishwanth, 32, is a civil engineering degree holder. M. Sathish, 33, runs a ready-made clothing showroom in Pollachi.

T. Vasanthakumar, 30, has been assisting Thirunavukkarasu, while R. Mani Alias ​​Manivannan (32) and P. Babu, 33, have done strange jobs. T. Haronimus Paul, 32, has been assisting his father in business.

K. Arulanantham, 39, runs an onion dealership, while M. Arunkumar, 33, is a partner at Sathish.
