r praggnanandhaa maintains joint lead in Superbet Classic

Bucharest: Master R Praggnanandhaa had a draw with Poland’s Duda Jan-Krzysztof to maintain a joint lead with 3.5 points after the sixth round of Superbet Chess Classics, part of the Big Chess Tour.
Praggnanandhaa plays the black side of the British opening, and is subjected to some initial strategies by Duda, but the Indians have to take on any task that does not give Polish opponents any freedom.
Duda showed his intentions in the middle match as Queen’s sacrifice, and Praggnanandhaa soon realized his chances were slim. The draw is the best result, as neither player can make much progress.
Meanwhile, seeing Fabiano Caruana of the United States struggle to break the sacrifice of local hero DEAC Bogdan-Daniel, but it looks like he must settle down, too.
Another nighttime leader, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, could do little with his white work, as Uzbekistan’s Nodirbek Abdusattorov was soon read.
