Dhaka’s political restructuring: Bangladeshi military holds talks amid rumors of constitutional overhaul

New Delhi: The main political stir in Bangladesh may be erupting, which will keep New Delhi closely watching the eastern border with the Western border at the same time.

Senior officials of the Bangladesh army reportedly met with the country’s president MD Shahabuddin amid the ban on Monday night in the context of a ban on the country’s oldest political party, the Awami Alliance. However, this is described as regular training.

Maroof has been accused of his relationship with a Dhaka named Hafiza Haque Shah, assistant director of Bangladesh Bank. Sources say the problem of such “relationship” was visible during Maroof’s last visit to Cox’s Bazar, which forced the main embarrassment of Islamabad to force Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to withdraw Maluf.
