However, not everyone still loves the work of family culture and feels more comfortable and productive in the office.

But in a shocking incident, an employee shared on Reddit why he turned down the opportunity to work remotely and chose the job of an office model. He wrote that he noticed that after working from home for two years, he became an introvert and unable to socialize, so he chose this when he had the opportunity to work from the office. He had to make a job change to change the work schedule. In his new job, he has the option of working from home and office, and he has chosen the latter. However, after the job transfer, his salary remained the same while working in the office, and he chose to work remotely just to get himself out of the usual monotonous way of working. He also shared that everyone around him thought “he was crazy.”

He ends his story by asking people what they think of his decision. “Financial math has made some people question me, like yes, I occasionally spend more money on gasoline and lunch.
