97-year-old nursing home resident was “arrested” in birthday surprise

Sergeant Eren Emin of the Oakwood Ward Police Team said: “We attended the nursing home with a birthday card signed by Enfield’s team and some symbolic gifts from Maggie and made sure she was arrested for wearing it consistently in the sweater chair.
