Netflix will expand its anime adaptation collection with BET (the live-action series inspired by the comic Kakegurui (forced gamblers). The series premieres on May 15 and includes 10 episodes.

BET is based on Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler, a comic by Homura Kawamoto released in 2014. The manga was later adapted into an anime by Mappa, the studio of Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, and attacked Titan’s last season. Prior to Netflix’s version, the Japanese live adaptation will debut in 2018. This version is starring Minami Hamabe and is currently available on Netflix.

Netflix has been steadily building its live-action anime adaptation library. Streaming recently achieved success with Alice in a Borderland piece, which will be held in its third season.
