The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said on Wednesday (May 14, 2025) that the opposition should show its “real spirit, at least until the end of the Sindoor operation, will move politics out of politics.”

“Nevertheless, if they want to move forward, this raises a serious problem for their intentions and commitment to national security issues in the eyes of the public,” BJP MP and party spokesman Sudhanshu Trivedi told media sources.

“As for the mediation issues that the opposition has tried to raise, the Indian government has made it very clear that the issue of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK) is a bilateral issue. It should be resolved in bilateral terms between India and Pakistan,” Trividi’s reaction to the Congressional Declaration.

He said there is no scope of mediation for other countries: “In all countries in the world where India has positive prospects, we want to say that POK is just a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan. No country has any scope of mediation, including any country, including those considered as guardians of the Democratic Party, who are required to be placed in India, which is the Democratic Party.
