As the Civil Aviation Safety Agency (BCAS) revoked the security gap of Turkey’s ground treatment service provider çelebi, which immediately had an impact on a national security basis, the operator of Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL) (BIAL) who runs Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) said it had transitioned its transition with Turkish existing companies to other existing suppliers to other existing companies.
“Under the Indian Government’s BCA Directive, BIAL has privately owned its ground processing business from India’s private services to other existing service providers to ensure continuity and operational stability,” Bial said on May 16.
The company added that it is coordinating the transition in cooperation with all existing aviation stakeholders and government authorities.
In late May 15, a BIAL spokesman said the operators were working closely with existing ground processing service providers to ensure continuity and operational stability.
A BIAL spokesman said: “BIAL is actively coordinating the transition to maintaining seamless airport operations. Airports ensure that passengers, airlines and cargo stakeholders take all necessary measures during this period to maintain service and operational efficiency.”
