Pure Partners charges Power Inc for the Canadian, U.S. energy storage market

New Delhi: Energy storage player Pure said Friday it has partnered with Canadian company Charge Power Inc to enter the Canadian and U.S. energy storage markets.

The partnership will launch Pure’s advanced energy storage product line to consumers in Canada and the U.S. through a shared branding arrangement. It added that these products range from residential and commercial ranges to grid scale applications.

“We leverage our deep expertise in battery technology and power electronics, coupled with our strong manufacturing facilities. We are confident that our innovative, durable and reliable energy storage products will be widely accepted in the U.S. and Canadian markets.”

He added that Charge Power brings experience to deliver over 4 GWH projects in North America, as well as Deep EPC, marketing and sales expertise.

“By leveraging our respective strengths and capabilities, we are confident that we have a significant impact on these markets in the coming months. We also see these markets as a key part of our global expansion strategy,” Dongari said.

Charge Inc Inc MD Ravi Pinnelli said Pure’s strong manufacturing capabilities complement Charge Power’s strong expertise in EPC, system integration and lifecycle management.

Pinnelli added: “With our deep project experience, trusted customer relationships and establishment in North America, coupled with PurePower’s on-site pre-determined product line, this partnership has a unique location to bring extraordinary value to customers at residential, commercial and grid-scale.”

The statement said PURE will retain all intellectual property rights related to its energy storage products to protect its proprietary technology as the company expands its market penetration to other regions around the world.
