R Ashwin suggests the name of the CSK all-around player who tests the captain role for India after Rohit Sharma retires

In a recent video on his YouTube channel, former Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin posted a viewing point on the future captain of the Indian team in the Test.
Who will become the next test captain of the Indian team?
In a recent video, former Indian spin athlete Ravicandran Ashwin attracted his POV with the leadership vacuum of India after his retirement from Rohit Sharma. Speaking on his YouTube channel “Ash Ki Baat” on Thursday, Ashwin said he thought Ravindra Jadeja had to be an “automatic choice” for the character.
“There are obvious choices, but I also want to throw out another name – Ravindra Jadeja. There is always news about who will be the captain or vice captain, but their names should be in the team’s game first. He must be automatically selected,” he said.
“Let’s not forget that Jadeja is the most experienced player on the team. He should be in the conversation. If you are willing to train a new guy for two years and then let him become the captain, Jadeja can do it for two years too.
They (India) can even play the role of the vice captain (under Jadeja). ” he added.

For those who have not proven, Ravindra Jadeja has never led the Indian team in any format, however, he is the captain of the 2022 edition of the IPL series Chennai Super Kings (CSK). But he won only two games in eight games due to poor performance, and he handed the captain to MS Dhoni in the middle of the season.
R Ashwin also admitted that, according to reports, the most popular name is Shubman Gill. In the video, he also compared Gill’s appointment to South African legend Graeme Smith, who led the Proteas side when he was only 22 years old.
Meanwhile, the Gujarat Titans led by Shubman Gill ranked highest with 8 wins and 16 points.
