New Delhi: On the second day of Jamu and Kashmir encounter, Army officials said security forces eliminated six hardcore terrorists in the past three days.
Major General Dananjay Josh, commander-in-chief of the Victor Force (GOC), said two major operations were carried out in southern Kashmir to target militants. Major General Josh said: “The CRPF, the Army and Jamu and Kashmir police carried out these operations together in Shopian and Pulwama. Six terrorists were neutralized, due to close coordination between security forces,” Major General Josh said.
