Aurobindo Pharma Agency launches leadership program at IMTH

General drug maker Aurobindo Pharma announced on Friday through a wholly owned subsidiary Apitoria that it launched a six-month post-graduate leadership certification (CLP) program in Hyderabad’s Institute of Management Technology (IMTH).
CLP is a six-month program designed to transform promising professionals into dynamic leaders to enable them to manage their own, their team, their business and their skills in change. The program includes 13-day classroom meetings through six modules that blend traditional and modern pedagogy.
Aurobindo Pharma said in a press release that the introduction of AURO ASTRA -ASTRA – Postgraduate CLP is the company’s continued investment in developing talent and achieving growth in middle management, thus connecting strategy with execution. “This is an important step in developing middle-level managers to take on greater responsibilities with confidence and agility,” said Hr Unb Raju, senior vice president.
Professor Kmbaharul Islam, Director of Hyderabad and Professor Kmbaharul Islam, said the CLP is intended to be immersive and practice-oriented.
