On Friday, an additional judicial magistrate of the first-class court rejected a bail petition from suspended IPS official P. sitarama anjaneyulu, who was in judicial detention in cases related to alleged irregularities in the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).
It is said that when Mr. Anjaneyulu was appointed secretary of the APPSC, he had committed a violation during the recruitment process of the II Mains exams accepted from 2018 to 2022.
Following a complaint about the alleged scam, Suryaraopet police of the NTR Commission registered a case and conducted an investigation.
They arrested Mr. Sitarama Anjaneyulu and P. Madhusudhana Rao, director of Camsign Media Sdn Bhd, to date.
In another case, Krishna District Police produced former Gannavaram MLA MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi in court, which was related to the alleged distribution of the forgery of the House of Representatives Pattas.
The court detained the justice to the defendant, and police transferred him to Vijayawada Prison on Friday.
