SC rejects expected bail from former few Kakani

Nellol: Amid a serious legal setback for YSRCP Nellore Regional President and former Minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy, the Supreme Court on Friday dismissed an expected bail petition in a case with illegal quartz mining and illegal mineralization and intimidation belonging to the planned caste and planned tribes.
Kakani has been absconding for seven weeks and seeks protection through a special leave petition to prevent arrest.
However, the judges, composed of Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Aravind Kumar, rejected the plea after hearing a debate between lawyer Kakani and legal representatives of the government.
The sacking of bail defense is the path for law enforcement agencies to compete with former ministers for the former ministers, despite the pressure and the constant public attention, the former ministers are still unable to track.
