Before the Congress Election: NDA works for OBC, EBC and SC candidates in all 243 Bihar seats

The party leader said the BJP and its allies are expected to send more than three-quarters of candidates from OBC, EBC, SCS and Maha Dalits in an upcoming parliamentary poll. Sources said this was because the NDA conducted a caste mapping of Bihar polls and finally determined the caste of 243 parliamentary seats in the state.

During a massive exercise spanning several months, the BJP used its internal agencies to conduct a survey of all the seats of rally under the supervision of its national leaders.

Sources said BJP national officials and party state leaders visited the state extensively and held meetings with allies to complete the kind of surname map. Sources said the BJP and its allies reached an understanding that the caste finalized from each seat allocation will be completed later.
Instead of projecting a face, the BJP projected the collective leadership, including Bihar Deputy Minister Samrat Choudhary and Minister Vijay Sinha of the State Government Mangal Pandey, Trade Union Minister Nityanand Rai, etc.

BJP’s Bihar unit is focusing on bigger seats this time. It recommended that its central leadership, sometimes smaller allies prefer individuals over caste, while choosing candidates driven by funding issues, so it requires caste map practice.

To avoid adverse accidents among allies during the elections, the BJP is trying to finalize seat allocations sometime before the Bihar rally polls, which are expected from October to November. There is a view within the BJP that announced the candidates before the announcement of the congress polls, which has been held in several state elections in the past. It is also planned to hold an open caste meeting for NDA, where leaders of specific castes from all parties gather together on a platform to send strong messages.
