Mumbai weather: Rain whips several parts of the city, bringing a breath of humidity

On Saturday morning, rains hit several parts of Mumbai, bringing much-needed relief to residents. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts some cloudy skies that may shower throughout the day.

According to the IMD, the entire city is expected to be raining throughout the city. Mumbai has been experiencing monsoon showers over the past few days.

Meanwhile, IMD predicts rainfall and thunderstorm activity in several parts of the country over the next five days.
In his speech on Friday, IMD scientist Akhil Srivastava pointed out that southern India, especially Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka states, will experience continuous rainfall and accompany thunderstorms and gusts of wind for the next five days.

Similar weather conditions are expected to prevail in central India.

“The northeast of the country will also continue to receive rainfall,” Srivastava said, adding that parts of northwestern India may see thunderstorm activity in the coming days, plus the eastern part of India. Get rid of the heat.

“We expect thunderstorm activities in Delhi tonight and tomorrow night. Rainfall is expected, so the temperature may drop to 37 to 39 degrees Celsius,” Srivastava said.

Weather patterns have changed as several northern states continue to pay attention to heat waves.

Meanwhile, the rise in temperature in Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh has led to an increase in people being admitted to hospital.

Senior Consultant Medical v. V Singh said the child who was taken to the hospital had been suffering from typhoid fever, fever, exercise, cold and cough.

“Summer has begun and currently, the kids suffer from typhoid fever, fever, loose exercise, cold and cough,” Singh told ANI.

He further advised people to avoid eating food outside.

He further added: “Because external food is adulterated, our advice is to avoid this, as some people mix these health-adhesive things… about 200 patients come in and 25-30 children are admitted…”
