Ice Barbie Kristi Noem’s wallet robber uses her credit card to spend only $15 in unusual locations

Prosecutors are filing lawsuits against people accused of stealing the bag of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and using her credit card.

When Noem had a meal with her family on Easter Sunday, the alleged thief stood out with her wallet (including her passport, DHS ID, wallet and $3,000 in cash), a gift for her grandson.

Former Fox News host acting U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro signed a replacement indictment Thursday Mario Bustamante Leiva and Cristian Montecino-Sananza.

The document includes findings from federal prosecutors requiring the confiscation of stolen goods or anything in sale.

Bustamante Leiva allegedly robbed Noem at Capital Burger in Washington, DC, and then went to Angolo Ristorante Italiano, a local Italian restaurant, and filed a bill. Pirro is asking him to pay now.

He spent $15.40 according to the U.S. attorney’s replacement of the prosecution.

It was above the earlier Justice Department file, claiming that he collected a bill of more than $200 at the location.

According to the Department of Justice, although the secretary had a complete Secret Service security details, Bustamante Leiva, who was wearing a mask at the time, no one dragged the secretary’s bag away from her with his feet, then dragged it onto her feet, then picked it up and walked out.

Bustamante Leiva, 49, was admitted by authorities after being arrested that he was homeless and drunk.

Apart from the two forfeiture charges, a total of nine counts were mentioned in the indictment.

Pirro, a longtime host of Fox News’ “The Five,” was sworn in Washington, D.C. this week after Trump nominated for Ed Martin this week after the Senate said he was reluctant to confirm him.

“I am pleased to announce that Judge Jeanine Pirro will be appointed interim U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia,” Trump wrote on social media.

The indictment filed Thursday is one of Pirro’s first official actions in his new position.

She will oversee all federal crimes in the U.S. capital.
