Three Iranians in British terror investigation who commits national security bill crimes | World News

British Counter-Terrorism Force said on Saturday it had accused three Iranian men of a national security bill.

According to Crown Prosecutor (CPS), Mostafa Sepawad, Farhad Javadi Noori and Shapoor Qalehali Khani Noori, have been accused of engaging in an act that may assist the Foreign Intelligence Agency in 2023.

“Mostafa Sepahvand, 39, 44, Farhad Javadi Manesh, 55, and Shapoor Qalehali Khani Noori, are charged with the crime of a campaign judge between August 14, 2025 and February 16, 2025, and between February 16, 2023,”

CPS said the criminal charges have been targeted at three Iranian nationals after reviewing the evidence provided by the Metropolitan Police Counter-Terrorism Command.

“Mr. Sepahvand was also charged between 14 August 2024 and 16 February 2025 with the intention of committing serious violence with people in the UK, on ​​the contrary, as opposed to Article 18(1)(a).

He added: “While Mr Neil and Mr Norry are also charged with conduct, i.e. surveillance and reconnaissance, with the aim of taking action, i.e. serious violence against someone in the UK, contrary to others, in contrast to article 18(1)(b).

The Crown Procuratorate noted that criminal proceedings against these defendants are now active and they have the right to conduct fair trials.

The three will appear in Westminster District Court later Saturday.

CPS operates across England and Wales, with 14 regional teams prosecuting cases locally. Each of these 14 CPS regions is led by the Chief Crown Prosecutor and works closely with local police forces and other criminal justice partners.
