DDA opens a golf course in Dwarka for membership at Rs 6 lakh

The agency said the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has opened membership for its golf course located in Dwarka 24 district. People in the non-government category can also receive five years of membership by paying an admission fee of Rs 9 lakh, plus a fee of Rs 2,200, according to the game rights manual issued by the agency.

It said the admission fee for three-year membership in the same category is Rs 6 lakh and the monthly fee is Rs 2,200.

The agency said the admission fee has been set at Rs 3 lakh for government employees, which lasted for five years, lasted for three years, with a monthly fee of Rs 1,500.
The 18-hole golf course spans 7,377 yards and has two levels, open driving range that can accommodate up to 52 players at a time – 26 per level. The facility also includes a clubhouse with modern facilities.

The DDA provides a total of 2,000 memberships, of which 200 are reserved for government employees, and the rest include ordinary applicants, foreign embassies and organizational members.


“Spouses and dependent children aged 5 to 21 can be added to the play of individuals who approve the rights. Respondents with play rights are required to subscribe monthly, if applicable.” Under the rules, dependents of members have the right to golf courses, driving ranges and use club facilities. Non-playing dependents do not need to pay a monthly subscription and are not entitled to golf courses, although they can take advantage of the club’s facilities.

The entire process of application and registration fees will be online. Applications for office authority should be submitted online with the necessary documents.
