Hyderabad: Telangana Intermediate Education Commission (TGBIE) has released hall tickets for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examination, which is scheduled to begin on May 22. Students can collect their hall tickets from their respective universities or download them from the official website www.tgbie.cgg.gov.gov.in.cgg.gov.in.
WAQF recovers land through unpaid membership fees
Hyderabad:Telangana WAQF board retrieved more than 12 acres of land at Pahadi Shareef of the Charminar Education Association for not paying rent. The land was leased to the association in 2000. The lease was last extended from September 2021 to August 2024 with a monthly rent of Rs 1.5 lakh.
The WAQF board said the association did not pay rent from November 2021 to August 2024, totaling up to 59.25 billion meetings.
Officials also said the association failed to establish any school or educational program for the benefit of the Muslim community, which is the main reason for granting land to them. As the lease was over and the association did not fulfill its promise, the WAQF Board of Directors retrieved the land under the order of the WAQF Board Chairman Azmattullah Husseini.
