Associated Press appoints a five-member organizing committee to prepare for Modi’s Vizag visit

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh government forms a five-member organizing committee to prepare for the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to participate in the International Yoga Day in Visaka Patnam on 21 June.
The state government issued an order here on Saturday that constitutes the Organizational Committee, together with a group of ministers, directs and oversees all departments where the activities are successfully held.
Minister of Human Resources Development Nara Lokesh, Minister of Health Satya Kumar Yadav, Vangalapudi Anitha, Minister of Social Welfare dola sree bala veeranjaneya swamy and Tourism and Culture Kandula Durgesh is a member.
Special Chief Secretary for Health Krishna Babu will serve as the convener of the Organizational Committee. He will coordinate with the Minister and Department to form an International Yoga Day.
