Hyderabad: Eight people died in a fire near Chamin

A senior official from a private official told PTI that eight people were killed. The fire department received a call around 6:30 a.m. and rushed to the scene. Earlier, several people were found unconscious and transferred to multiple hospitals.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy expressed shock at the incident and directed senior officials to take necessary measures to rescue those trapped in the building.
After visiting the site, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy told the media: “Police informed eight people that they died in a fire accident. However, this number must be confirmed only by them.” He said some children died.
An early report from officials said a target lawmaker at the scene said about 20 people were taken to the hospital.
The official release of the CMO said it issued instructions to immediately transfer the injured hospital to the hospital and ensure proper treatment.
