Pensioner, 72, was killed by a 17-year-old suspect when he was hit by an electric motorcycle after being released on bail

A 72-year-old woman died after being hit by an electric motorcycle, while the 17-year-old suspect has been released on bail.
On Wednesday, the motorcycle hit Shaat Bibi on the old Leeds road in Bradford.
Mrs. Bibi is a pedestrian and sadly died in the hospital after being injured in a crash on Friday.
A 17-year-old boy was driving and arrested for suspected collision-related offenses.
He has since been released on bail by police.
The tragic crash occurred at 4.54pm and police called for witnesses.
West Yorkshire police said: “Police have applied for appeals to witnesses after they died in a serious road traffic collision in Bradford earlier a week.
“The Main Collision and Inquiry Team (MCET) wants to see or have a collision on Wednesday, May 14 at 4.54 pm on Leeds Old Road in Bradford.

“This happened after an electric motorcycle collided with a female pedestrian who can now be named Mrs. Shaat Bibi (72) from Bradford.
“She was sadly dead in the hospital Friday due to injuries in the collision.
“The rider of the motorcycle is a 17-year-old male who was arrested for suspected collision-related offenses and was released on police bail.”
