CMD Boman Irani said real estate company Keystone Realtors Ltd is aiming to sell Rs 40,000 crore housing properties, with a 32% annual growth as demand remains strong, especially for strong growth for good brands.
When asked about the company’s performance, the Iranian told PTI in an interview: “In the last 2024-25 fiscal year, we achieved stable and consistent growth in the last 2024-25 fiscal year.”
He stressed that the company’s bookings rose 34% to Rs 30,280 crore, surpassing the annual guidance of Rs 3,000 crore.
The Iranians say the demand for apartments and residential plots remains strong, especially in projects developed by well-known brands, while exuding confidence to maintain the company’s growth momentum.
When asked about the sales booking target for 2025-26, the Iranian said: “We have given Rs 400 billion guidance to the current Ministry of Finance and we are confident that we can achieve this.” He said the company has launched very few projects in the past month and a half and for the rest of the period, and that the launch pipeline can meet demand, which is a very powerful pandemic.
The Iranian said in the last fiscal year that the company launched a project worth Rs 5,000 crore, which will exceed the number in the 2025-26 fiscal year. Keystone real estate agents will continue to invest in acquiring land parcels to expand their business. Expenditures for construction activities will also rise.
In 2024-25, Keystone real estate agents acquired 9 land parcels, which could generate sales potential of Rs 4,783 crore in the coming years.
The Iranian said the company will continue to focus on the Metropolitan Mumbai Region (MMR) and several other cities in Maharashtra State.
Last week, Keystone real estate agents reported that consolidated net profit increased by 69% in the previous fiscal year to Rs 111.03 crore in 2023-24.
In the fiscal year 2023-24, total revenue fell to Rs 212.144 crore, down from Rs 227.563 crore in the previous fiscal year.
“This performance is a testament to the resilience of our strategy and the ongoing momentum we are experiencing,” the Iranian said.
“The demand for our products remains strong. Our asset model, which focuses on rebuilding opportunities, especially in MMR, remains the main driver of growth,” he said.
Keystone Real Estate Agents have completed 37 projects and are building 16 projects. So far, the company has delivered more than 26 million square feet of building areas, including more than 40 million square feet of building areas.
