The Indian Cricket Control Council (BCCI) denied reports that India withdrew from the Men’s Asian Cup and other Asian Cricket Council (ACC) activities.
BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia dismissed the report and clarified that the cricket governing body in India has not discussed matters related to the upcoming ACC activities and asserted that it is currently busy with ongoing IPL and upcoming trips to England.
Earlier, it was reported that India intends to withdraw from all ACC events, including the Men’s Asian Cup and the Asian Cup, which will be held next month.
