Rayapati Shailaja serves as chairman of Andhra Pradesh Women’s Committee

TDP leader Rayapati Shailaja served as chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Women’s Commission on Monday and chaired the committee office in Mangalajiri on Monday. She was sworn in with a traditional juris led by Vedic scholars in the presence of a senior official.

Speaking to the media after the ceremony, Dr. Shailaja confirmed her commitment to women’s empowerment and committed to working tirelessly to prevent all forms of violence and atrocities against women. She said the committee will act quickly and, if necessary, raise serious questions to the National Women’s Commission to ensure justice for victims.

She highlighted the growing abuse of social media platforms, and she warned that strict action will be taken against anyone targeting women or abused content. She also announced plans to launch a new website to enable women to report incidents directly and seek help from the Commission.

Dr. Shailaja expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Minister Nara Lokesh, Trade Union Minister Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar and other leaders, as well as other leaders, are responsible for this responsibility. She stressed her commitment to working in a nonpartisan way and ensured swift justice for all women in need.

She congratulated former MLC Rayapati Srinivas, Bhashyam Ramakrishna, industrialist and educator Rayapati Gopalakrishna, Ramesh Babu of Ramesh Hospitals, family members, family members, health wishes and supporters, willingness and supporters.
