Two Arizona mothers left their kids in an unlocked car with a bag of marijuana while drinking at the bar.
It was a pitiful scene when a Good Samaritan spotted a young girl wandering in the parking lot of Westgate Entertainment District and desperately announced to the Glendale Police.
