Fishermen sailing from the eastern coast of Russia were shocked to find the body of a tiger floating in the sea.

The big cat showed no sign of injury, but the confusing discovery prompted the city attorney’s office to investigate the mysterious discovery.
Police confirmed that the dead animal was Amur or Siberian tiger, an endangered species that usually lives in forests in the Russian Far East.
“All circumstances of the incident, including the cause of animal death, will be determined,” the city attorney said.
The hunting regulatory service in the area said they are trying to verify witnesses and find the tiger’s body to find out how it died.
“Experts are taking urgent measures to search and recover predators’ bodies from the water,” a spokesperson said.
The clips of the floating tiger were shared on the social media platform Telegram and spread.

The mysterious discovery was a tiger decapitated in five years of carcasses found in a private zoo attack in Thailand.
Thai wildlife officials made shocking discoveries at Mukda Tiger Park and farm in Mukda Province in December 2020.
They found a cut-off tiger head and other tiger carcasses, including body parts, to suppress suspected wildlife trafficking.
During the raid, five living cubs suspected of illegally stealing sports parks were also caught.
Officials said the five tigers were declared born at the facility, but DNA tests showed three of them were not related to the tigers in the park, suggesting they had been smuggled.
Authorities deleted two other tigers for further evidence testing and are currently studying tiger heads in the zoo.
According to the Bangkok Post, DNA test results for another 20 tigers, including two cubs, will be released in December, according to the Bangkok Post.
