Flight operations attacked at Delhi Airport after the sandstorm; 50 flights were delayed, several cancelled

A sandstorm at Delhi Airport on Friday night destroyed the flight operation and affected passengers traveling to and from the city.

More than 50 domestic flights operating from Indira Gandhi International Airport were postponed from Friday night to Saturday morning, about 25 flights were transferred, and seven were cancelled due to dust rain, according to airport sources.

Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) and senior officials from airport officials monitored the situation and responded to passenger complaints.

Airport sources confirmed that the boarding gate was busy due to the congestion of the flight, although the passenger load was less than the other day.
