Six people died in the explosion of the fire cookie unit in Anakapalli

As many as six people were killed and seven were injured in an explosion in a fire biscuit department in Kailasapatnam in Anakapalli district on Sunday (April 13).
According to the initial report by the Anakapalli area police, the explosion occurred around 12.45 pm
All bodies were found to be broken at the explosion site. It is not clear how many people were working at the site during the explosion, but in the initial inquiry by the district government, it was found that there were about 15 workers in the firecracker unit since Sunday.
It is reported that the firecracker unit is located about two kilometers away from the outskirts of the village. Locals heard the explosion and began to rescue the injured and rushed to the scene.
Local police and emergency services and firefighters arrived at the scene. Firefighters have been involved in putting out the fire. The injured person was transferred and taken to a private hospital.
Family Minister V. Anitha is heading to the scene of the accident. She will also visit the hospital where the victim was taken. Regional collector Vijaya Krishnan has ordered an investigation into the incident.
