Former Bodhi few MLA Shakeel Aamir Mohammed arrived in Hyderabad from Dubai on Thursday morning to attend the funeral of his mother who died the night before. He was allowed to go to Bodhi to attend the funeral.
He allegedly issued a loop (LOC) to him after a case registration related to his son Raheel Aamir alias Sahil, who registered the case after a police roadblock near Praja Bhavan in December 2023.
After immigration officials arrived at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad, immigration officials marked the LOC and reminded local police. He was taken aside for verification and allowed to leave Bodhi soon.
Shakeel Aamir submitted a request during his journey to allow attendance of funerals, according to an official from the Hyderabad District Police Department. “We allow him to move forward for humanitarian reasons but directed him to appear before the Panjaguta Police Station to inquire,” the officer said.
