Automatic BP enabled on NIMS in Hyderabad tells the machine

Two automatic blood pressure (BP) monitors were opened at the Nizam Medical Science Institute (2025) in Hyderabad on Saturday (19 April 2025). Facilities were established in emergency blocks and near safety rooms for people to sit down and check on life objects. Receipts will be generated using BP, pulse rate, and date and time.
VEM Charitable Trust donated the machine as well as 10 coolers and 13 trolleys. They were unveiled by Institute Director N. Bheerappa, Medical Director N. Satyanarayana, and Trust Chairman Aishwarya Reddy.
Short circuit
Meanwhile, a short circuit was reported on Saturday in the Institute’s emergency neighborhood. It was observed near the auditorium, which is a non-patient area. No one was injured. “There is no fire. A short circuit near the auditorium on the sixth floor caused some smoke, but was controlled within 10 to 15 minutes.”
