A man gets life for rape at 4 years old

Hyderabad: Gutla Srinivas, 40, was sentenced to 25 years of strict jail and a fine of Rs 10,000 in the XII extra meeting judge in Nampally on Friday and was sentenced to Rs 10,000 for sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl in the SC community. The judge also ordered compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the victims.

Judge Anitha sentenced Srinivas based on testimony from the victim and her friends who witnessed the incident. The court ruled that on February 28, 2023, Srinivas used the excuse of playing with other children to display her video on her phone. Then, he sent out the other children and beat her up.

If she revealed the incident to her mother, he threatened to pour chili powder into the victim’s eyes. “Another girl testified that she had informed her aunt about the incident, and there has been a dispute between her aunt and the defendant since then,” said other prosecutor A. Ram Reddy.

The court analyzed evidence including medical reports, witness testimony and forensic findings to convict. Ram Reddy informed that while the victim’s medical examination did not find any external harm because the samples were not collected due to the lack of cooperation of the child, the court noted that even the slightest penetration was sufficient to constitute sexual assault, especially in the case of young children. ”

Although the defense urged the defendant’s elderly mother with leniency, different brothers and his daughter, the court acknowledged the seriousness of the crime against the minor and imposed stricter punishment.

Stepmother, lover kills women in Nargonda

Hyderabad: A missing person complaint filed at the Medipally Police Department in early April led to the discovery of a murder that occurred several months ago. The victim, 26-year-old J. Maheshwari, was allegedly killed by her stepmother and lover in December 2024.

According to police, Maheshwari is the daughter of 55-year-old government employee J. Peena. After separating from his first wife, Pena retained custody of Mahwari while her brother lives with her mother. The defendant has been identified as 35-year-old J. Lalitha, stepmother, her lover Ravi, Army Jawan and his friend Veeru Naik, a private employee. Police said the three agreed to murder Maheshwari after Peena finally determined her marriage alliance, agreeing to provide a dowry of 10 million euros.

Peena filed a complaint in April, saying Maheshwari has been missing since December 7, 2024. When asked about the delay, he said he believed he would return, but filed a complaint under pressure from the potential groom’s family. Police became suspicious after police noticed that Lalitha’s answer was inconsistent. After further trial, she admitted to the murder and regarded Ravi and Veeru as accomplices.

Maheshwari is a nurse who lives alone until her father asks her to return home. After arranging the alliance, Peena told Lalitha that he planned to sell two homes in Boduppal to raise the dowry amount. Lalitha was allegedly dissatisfied with this and mapped out Maheshwari’s murder. She is engaged to Ravi – her long-term lover who maintains an illegal relationship even after marriage – and the two plan to kill.

On December 7, when Peena was at work, her youngest daughter was at school, and Ravi and Veeru arrived at the house where Lalitha was present. The three attacked Maheshwari, who weighed 35 kilograms and was irresistible. They suffocated her with cables, towels, chunni and plastic covers to suffocate her. The body was then transported to Vangamathi and buried along the Musi Riverbed, when there was no water flow.

After Lalitha confessed, police officers found the burial site. The body was in a decomposition state and an autopsy was performed on site. A skull separated from the body was found in the plastic cover. Cables, towels and the use of the murder were also found, still entangled with the skeletal remains. Bone samples were sent to a forensic laboratory for DNA testing.

Improper behavior of teenagers receiving community services

Hyderabad:A teenager was ordered to receive a year of community service in a special residence in Gajularamamaram to show a little girl porn video and infuriate her modesty. Nampally’s fifth Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Judge T. Madhavi sentenced the judgment.

The crime took place on April 1, 2024, when the 16-year-old boy showed an obscene video at his relative (a 12-year-old girl) at his residence in Addagutta, Tukaramgate. He allegedly asked her to imitate the behavior and instructed her not to disclose the incident to anyone. The victim later told her mother about the incident and later filed a complaint.

Anitha Deshmukh, assistant prosecutor who leads the prosecutor, revealed: “During the victim’s testimony, the girl felt fear and tried to make a clear statement. She had difficulty describing the obscene videos she had seen and even collapsed in tears.
