A man working in a Bangalore company jumped to death. Police say he was injured in multiple knifes and told the company to tell his wife his location

Akshat Shah, a 30-year-old software engineer, died after falling from the fourth floor of a hotel in the Weisu district of Surat City, Gujarat. Police said he died on the spot.

Shah used to work for an IT company based in Bangalore and earned about Rs 5 million a year. His wife is a dentist and has successfully practiced it.

According to TOI, Deputy Chief of Police (District 4) Vijaysinh Gurjar said: “The victim lives in Veerbhadra Heights, Magdalla. He was hired in an IT company and worked from home. We found a suicide fluid and did not blame anyone and did not mention any reason. However, his body was wounded by several knives, so our bodies were all murdered, so we had murdered and murdered.
Gurjar added: “At first glance, it seems to be suicide. CCTV footage shows him buying a knife from the store and paying online. He entered the elegant hotel around 1pm and fell from the hotel room around 5pm. He is likely injured in the bathroom and then jumped to the bathroom because it is full of blood.”

Police also found Shah had sent an email to his office before the incident. In it, he shared his wife’s name and phone number and asked the company to notify her that he was at the Vesu Hotel.


Police said the company sent his wife a screenshot of an email, but he had already jumped when she contacted the hotel.
