Advocates claiming that he was beaten by towers in the tow station and filed a counterclaim in a trivial line

Devanahalli police have registered a case against a vehicle towing officer for a 40-year-old advocate in the presence of police officers with trivial matters on the tow truck charges. The traction personnel also filed counter-prosecutions against advocates, accusing criminal intimidation and assault.
Advocate Manjeshwar M., a member of the Karnataka State Law Committee, who practices in Bangalore, has visited the station to ensure the release of vehicles belonging to its clients, which were occupied in February this year. The vehicle was involved in the accident and was dragged to the police station by a private company.
After introducing the necessary documents and obtaining approval from the deputy inspector on duty, the release is agreed, but the towing fee is paid. However, his conversation with towing employee Anil quickly escalated into controversy over traction allegations.
Advocates claimed that in the presence of police, Anil beat him and beat him in the face without taking any action. He said the case illustrates how police failed to protect defense lawyers from attacks within the scope of the police station.
Anil claimed in his counterclaim that advocates threatened to file a false case against him, verbally abuse and assault him.
