Leaders from the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Poland issued a final atum to Russian President Vladimir Putin during a joint visit to Kiev, Ukraine, to sign an unconditional ceasefire until Monday, May 12. Failure to comply would lead to increased sanctions and transfer of weapons to Ukraine as Russia faces.
