AIG Hospital fascinates the world contestant Miss

Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s reputation as a global medical tourism hub has been enhanced as AIG Hospital welcomes Miss World delegation in 2025. Dr. D. Nageshwar Reddy, chairman of AIG Hospital, said the visit reflects international recognition of Hyderabad and Telangana as world-class healthcare destinations.
“At AIG, we combine compassionate patient care with groundbreaking technology and research,” he noted, adding that being included in the Miss World festival itinerary reaffirmed the hospital’s global standards and highlighted advanced and humane health care in India.
On Friday, participants took part in Telangana’s entertainment tour as part of the 72nd World Championship. They were divided into two groups and visited some of the famous places in the state.
AIG Hospital in Hyderabad welcomes a group of people from the Miss World event with special honors. The visit is part of a global effort to demonstrate Telangana’s medical tourism and new health care ideas.
37 contestants from Africa, Europe and Asia. Many of them are doctors, nurses, psychologists, or students studying health care. They come from countries such as Guadeloupe, Turkey, Wales, Bosnia, Puerto Rico, Belgium, Guatemala, Lebanon, Malaysia, Poland, France, Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland, Guyana and Malta.
The delegation visited AIG’s state-of-the-art facilities, including its globally acclaimed endoscopic suite, AI and innovation centers, clinical skills laboratories, research laboratories, and advanced oncology and pediatric nursing units. The visit promoted the exchange of immersive thinking, global health care perspectives and technical awareness, thus providing these global ambassadors with first-hand experience in India’s rapidly developing medical capabilities.
The visit impressed several contestants, many of whom were students and professionals in the field of health care.
A psychology student, Miss Poland, admired her admiration, said: “I never expected to see such advanced infrastructure and holistic care in one place. AIG hospitals even exceeded the standards of several European hospitals I’ve seen. It’s an eye-opening experience for the future of global healthcare.”
Other groups explore the rich heritage and natural beauty of Telangana by visiting the ancient banyan trees of Pillalamarri in Mahabubnagar. The contestants were welcomed in traditional grandeur with Dhol Beats and decorated with Gajjelu. They attended the celebration enthusiastically and danced with rhythm.
Forest Department officials shared insights into the history of the trees and ongoing efforts to maintain and revive this natural monument.
The cultural tour begins with visiting the Sri Rajarajeswari and Ramalingeswara temples, followed by a visit to the local museum.
