Aishwarya Rai’s co-star Jividha Sharma recalls her experience shooting Taal with the star.

Taal, titled Aishwarya Rai, Akshaye Khanna and Anil Kapoor, was one of the top big superstars in 1999. During these years, Rai is at its peak. She won the Miss World Championship in 1994 and hit AA AB Laut Chalen and Hum dil dil de Chuke Sanam with back-to-back hits, a sense around the actress.

Recently, Rai’s co-star Jividha Sharma announced her experience working with the protagonist. While talking to Lallantop, Jividha admits she is carrying some narrative of the actress. “People have said that her attitude is because of Miss World title and all of that. So I have the same idea about her, but she doesn’t like it. She’s very simple, good girl. She works very hard.”

Sharma further added that even the mom who once accompanied them got along well. “We mainly talked about our scenes. It’s very rare when we talk about our personal lives. Sometimes she checked my mother because she would be with me. Even if she used to be with her mother.” Rai and Sharma spent a lot of time together and did a lot of scenes together. But, “many of our scenes were cut off due to the length of the film,” Sharma revealed.

Jividha praised Aishwarya for her dedication and said: “Despite her title and all of this, and the fact that she has trained in Kathak. She will re-do the dance steps until she perfects them.

For the unproven Taal, it is a blockbuster with a box office of over Rs 9 crore in India. After this movie, Jidivha is watched in Punjabi films including Mini Punjab, Lion of Punjab, Dil Sada Luteya Gaya.
