According to the woman, Ajaz Khan reportedly called her to play a role in the show. When the actress appeared on the scene, Khan proposed to her and then went to her home where he reportedly raped her.
According to the Charcop Police Department, the 30-year-old accused him of promising her movie roles at multiple locations. She said Khan raped her on her house on April 25 and beat her several times after the incident. She also pointed out that Khan's desire to marry her by mentioning his religion was justified.

The rape charges were filed against the actor, and he was already facing allegations of producing obscene content. In various episodes of the House arrest, Khan was forced to show intimate scenes and ask vulgar questions.
According to the Amboli Police Department, Bajrang Dal activists filed complaints against Khan and Gautam Ravriya under Article 67 of the Information Technology Act of 2000. BJPMLC Chitra Wagh also demanded a ban on the House of Representatives arrests and named the show a “obscene contender.” A conviction under the bill could result in up to three years in prison and a fine of Rs 5 lakh.
