During a recent meeting with the Mumbai paparazzi, Alia Bhatt talked about her experience in parenting with Raha.
In 2022, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their daughter Raha, marking a new chapter in their lives. The couple first introduced their little ones to the public during the Kapoors Christmas lunch in 2023, giving fans a glimpse of their joy.
Since then, they have shared several heart-warming moments about Raha, from her adorable quirks to her closest people. Recently, Alia shared a touching story about how she read a book about Raha’s emotions, which is also a gentle reminder to her.
Alia Bhatt had a deep glimpse of her experience in parenting with Raha during a recent meeting with the Mumbai paparazzi. “I have to mention this here. I’m reading this book now, writing to the emotional book Raha. It really is a simple explanation of what emotions are being explained to the children.”
The actress in “Love and War” admitted that the book also reminded her, not just about Raha.
“When I read this to her, it’s actually like I’m reading to myself, too. Because sometimes it’s important to remind yourself of the different highs and lows that humans can experience and how to make you feel that way. So, this is just a reminder every day.”
Speaking about her mental health, she said: “It’s work that’s going on every day. I mentioned my weekly treatments before and in the podcast, which helped me clear my mind.”
“Every day because of ADHD and anxiety, I find myself in various moments, my emotions get better for me, and they are taking over the physical moments at that time. It’s not that I’m not a person who is deeply accepting meditation or such. I can’t even stick to any of these things.”
She further continued: “But sometimes it’s just aware of your own internal processes and internal transitions, these things can trigger you, and these things can make you feel a way that just knows and recognizes yourself, can help you through the tough times.”
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will appear in alphaan action thriller of Sharvari produced by Yash Raj movies. The film is scheduled to be released in December 2025. Alia Bhatt also owns Love & War in the Pipeline, a romantic drama directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film plays key roles Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
It is scheduled to be released during the festival on March 20, 2026.
