JD Vance’s Jaipur visit: Amber Fort, City Palace, etc. on his pink city agenda; check the details inside

According to TOI, Jaipur is preparing to host US Vice Chairman JD Vance, his wife Usha and their three children as part of their visit to India.

The trip is both personal and official and will include meetings with Jaipur industry leaders and government officials. Vance is also expected to visit popular tourist attractions such as Amber Fort and the City Palace. In addition, he will speak at industry events focused on “trade and technology”.

Before visiting, the entire city had tightened security. According to TOI, the second American family is expected to arrive in Jaipur on April 21 after the vice president attended a formal dinner with Delhi Prime Minister Narendra Modi, citing sources.
Officials involved in the preparations said various security agencies have begun the foundation to ensure the safe and stable accommodation of VIPs visiting. A security team also checked the Amber Fort before visiting.

According to TOI, the Vance family is expected to leave Jaipur on the morning of April 23 to travel to Agra.
