Ambassador Parker seeks help from Russia in the downgrade crisis with India

Moscow: Pakistan's ambassador in Moscow sought a crisis caused by Russia in New Delhi after a terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22 to eliminate the crisis in New Delhi, with 26 people killed. In an interview to be published later by Tass News, Ambassador Mohammad Khalid Jamali said Russia had a privileged strategic partnership with India and had a good relationship with Pakistan and could use its good offices to mediate, such as Tashkent 1966, then the premiere of the Soviet Union, helped end the armed conflict in equipment.
Meanwhile, on Friday's call with Foreign Minister Jaishankar, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov urged both sides to provide a solution to both sides after the 1972 Simla Accord attack on Pahalgam and the 1999 Lahore Declaration.

Since the 2019 Pulwama strike, relations between India and Pakistan plummeted after the Pahalgam terrorist attacks in Jamu and Kashmir on April 22, causing 26 people, mainly tourists.
