During the conversation, she also opened up information about the Bollywood marriage and revealed that she had organized a baby shower for Sanjay Dutt and his wife Maanyata. Despite choosing not to marry herself, Amesha Patel has always spoken about her views on marriage. In a chat with Filmymantra, she once again shared her thoughts about a Bollywood marriage, explaining why she didn’t want Salman Khan to marry.
The actress also mentioned that she has seen many marriages in the industry, some of which are strong and happy, such as those between Sanjay Dutt and Maanyata.
Amesha also talks about unfinished marriages, such as those of Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne, but emphasizes how they managed to raise their children together despite their separation. But when it comes to Salman Khan, she has a firm stand saying he should stay single. She explained that Salman was great, just like he was, and didn’t need to get married.
She said: “I’ve seen all kinds of relationships around me; I’ve seen a harmonious relationship like Sanju and then there’s a guy like Hrithik who’s divorced, but they’ve been pretty together, they’re now best friends, now Salman.
Back in January 2025, at an AMA conference on Twitter, Ameesha Patel fans joked that she should marry Salman Khan. In a recent interview with the Bollywood Bubble, Ameesha shared how her fans pointed out that both she and Salman are qualified and look good so they should get married and have seductive kids. She added with a smile, humorously, that’s an interesting reason why people make suggestions.
