The BJP said on Tuesday that the National Pioneer Case (ED) filed charges against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others, a lifelong example of Congress corruption.
The ruling party also claims that the Nehru-Gandhi family is the “most corrupt” in the world.
BJP MP and chief spokesman Anil Baluni said Ed’s allegations show how the Gandhi Family laundered money.
He said on X: “Investigation agencies are doing their work. The Indian Constitution will certainly bring such people to justice. Mr. Baruni said that the national pioneer case began during the reign of Congress. He said: “In the (ED) charges, Sonia Gandhi was charged No. 1 and Rahul Gandhi charged No. 2. ”
The BJP’s reaction happened when Special Judge Vishal Gogne reviewed Ed’s charge sheet in the National Herald case and released the matter on April 25 for further litigation.
ED filed charges against Ms. Gandhi, Mr. Gandhi and others on April 9.
The fee also named Congressional leaders Sam Pitroda and Suman Dubey in the case.
“Venocide Politics”
Congress called ED’s charges accusation form a politics of vendetta and claimed that the assets in the case were “a crime sponsored by the state disguised as a rule of law.”
BJP Rajya Sabha MP and State spokesman Sudhanshu Trivedi said Congress has no right to political rights in the matter because the case was “registered” during its reign and therefore Congress has no right to political rights.
“Parliament should remember that the matter began in 2012, when the Delhi High Court heard a petition for public interest litigation and began the case in 2013,” he said.
BJP country spokesman Shehzad Poonawalla accused Congressional leaders of playing the “victim card” after indulging in the “robbery” of public funds.
He told PTI when asked to comment: “Anyone who is addicted to corruption and spoils must now be repaid.
He accused him of: “They make money when they take action, grab public property and play victim card… They also put public property in their own public property in the case of the National Pioneer.”
Mr. Poonawalla also slammed Congress’s call for ED Action Vendetta politics, noting that the lawsuit began with a court order.
“Did they mean the court took a defense action against them?” a spokesperson for the BJP.
In the Haryana land transaction case on Tuesday, ED recorded a statement by Ms. Gandhi’s son-in-law businessman Robert Vadra, BJP state spokesman Gaurav Bhatia said he hopes he can face the consequences of Haryana making money in Haryana during the state Congress rule.
“Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi ensured that the land of the farmers was under the occupation of Vadra,” he alleged.
He said: “Say that if there are the most corrupt families in the world are the Gandhi family, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Robert Vadra in the case of corruption, this is the Gandhi family.”
