To promote the green energy sector, Ministers HRD and IT NARA LOKESH laid the stone on Friday (May 16, 2025) and performed “Bhumi Puja” for Anantapur’s Rs 22,000 crore renewable energy complex, marking a milestone in India’s transition to clean and sustainable capacity.

In his public speech, Mr Lokesh observed that renewable energy complexes will become the cornerstone of India’s clean energy revolution. “This is a symbol of Andhra Pradesh’s bold ambition and sustainable progress. Chandrababu Naidu’s “dynamic leadership” for attracting big investments to the State, Mr. Lokesh termed him “Brand Babu.”, “Though we don’t have big cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad, we do have one powerful brand — our Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. This brand is enough to bring industry bigwigs such as ReNew’s Sumant Sinha and TCS to the country,” the minister insisted.

Mr Lokesh said the massive industrial plan was part of the Telugu Party’s “Super 6” commitment, reaffirming the party’s commitment to creating 2 million jobs. “The renewal project is expected to create 10,000 jobs directly and more indirectly for local young people, men and women,” he said.

Acknowledging the role of local farmers in making the renewal project a reality, Mr Lokesh said the factory was built because farmers in Rayalaseema district stood up and stood up. “I congratulate him with all my heart on the stakeholders here. Their gestures are not wasted,” he said.
