Hyderabad: Leela Hyderabad proudly presents Andhra’s response – Chef Meera’s evocative and immersive cooking display, will be held on May 9-18 at the center stage in Raen – Chef Studio (Chef Studio), the hotel’s signature venue.

The Andhra Echo is an ode to Andhra Pradesh’s rich culinary tradition, an echo of Andhra Pradesh is a well-curated Talli experience that restores precious heirloom recipes, highlights seasonal produce and sheds light on the region’s deep-rooted food culture. Guests can expect a beautiful celebration of summer bounty (especially beloved mango) to weave it into an instant nostalgic and sophisticated menu.

Each Talley tells a story – the rhythm of family, festivals and land. From vibrant Pachadis to long-lasting Kooras and affectionate rice, the menu has been carefully constructed to evoke memories while attracting modern foodies.

Chef Meera brings her life experience and the art of culinary cuisine into every dish with an in-depth understanding of Indian cuisine and her iconic blend of authenticity and innovation. Through this pop-up, she not only invites guests to taste Andhra, but also feels it – every bite tells a deeper story about land, heritage and love.
