Kakinada: Deputy Speaker K. Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju said that the NDA Alliance Government and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan, led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, will restore the old craft glory that had been ignored by the previous administration.
Ramakrishnam Raju served as chief guest on Friday at Amaravati Chitra Kala Pradarshana, chair of the AP National Creativity and Culture Committee of Tejaswi Podavati, Rajamahendravaram. At the program venue, the secondary speaker purchased the painting “Budhini” by Chandrababu Naidu for Rs 1,01,176.
He called for the purchase of art, paintings and crafts at exhibitions to encourage artists.
State Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh said during this time that the art exhibition was organized in Rajamahendravaram as suggested by CM and Deputy CM.
Among those present were Rajamahendravaram Urban MLA Adireddy Srinivas, Rajanagaram Mla Bathula Bala Bala Ramakrishna, Special Officer Ajay Jain, Regional Collector P. Prashanthi, Sp D. Narasimha Kishore Regional SP D. Narasimha Kishore and Director (Cultural) D. Mallikarjarjuna Rao.
