Ashutosh dedicated to LSG to win the game to guide Shikhar Dhawan

Visakhapatnam: Ashutosh Sharma said he had been beating Visakhapatnam’s Lucknow Supergiant for Delhi Capitals for the whole year and thinking about the finish line all year.

Ashutosh caught the attention of the Punjab Kings last season. However, he didn’t make anyone who was completely satisfied with this season because he didn’t meet his expectations.

It’s the early days of IPL 2025, but the 26-year-old, who played for the railway in domestic cricket, was happy with his excellent 66-year-old game without kicking 41 from 41 balls, which brought the Delhi capital back from the dead on Monday night.

Ashutosh quickly highlighted the role played by IPL’s premiere Vipraj Nigam, as he found himself hitting 210 in 113 in 113, but the duo changed the progress of the game.

It was the controversial influencer domination that made Ashutosh play his lifelong situation.

After collecting 20 of the first 20 balls he faced, he changed gears sharply. He faced the last 11 goals he scored 46 runs as he finished the game with sixes and most of his five sixties fell on the ground.

“I missed the game that ended the game a few times last season. I focused on it all year and saw it. Believe that if I played until the last game, anything could have happened.

“It played a role for Vipraj. I asked him to continue playing. He was very calm under pressure. I wanted to dedicate this award to my mentor Shikhar (Dhawan) Paaji,” Ashutosh said.

Ashutosh and Shashank Singh are famous for their attacks on the Punjab king before the franchise releases the former before the auction.

To be part of a serious discussion on Indian cricket, Ashtosh knew he couldn’t sit on his past performances.

“Last year is really good, but it’s history for me. I started to work actively from there and worked hard for myself to improve my weaknesses. I’m using what I do in domestic cricket.”

The famous victory requires a 20th strike and six runs, which is natural, but Ashutosh is still full of confidence.

“I have confidence. It’s part of the game. Whether the campaign is attractive or not. It’s not part of my batting, so I have confidence that if he comes out with a single I’ll be able to hit six. I’m really confident in my ability,” Ashutosh said after beating Shahbaz Ahmed for the biggest win.

With the effort to win the game in the first game of the season, Ashutosh raised the bar for himself.
