Associated Press Lawyers Committee deletes 17 advocates from its volume

The Andhra Pradesh Bar Association (BCAP) on Tuesday released a notice deleting the names of 17 advocates, including two advocates (HCs) from the High Court (HC) to provide labor that provides false/fake education certificates at the time of recruitment.
BCAP Secretary B. Padmalatha said that after an investigation into false/false education certificates provided at the time of admission, the committee’s admissions committee recommended that the Commission’s Lawyers’ Committee of India (BCI) (BCI) be removed under the name of Section 26(1) of 1961.
After the notice was issued and the opportunity to hear the advocate was provided, the BCI directed the removal of the name of the advocate from the BCAP volume.
The advocates are D. Ratna Kumari and P. Padmapriya (both from HC), D. Chamundeswari, CD Purushottam, Chintakayala CSN Murthy, Kandukuri Vishvak, Nakkella Satyavati, Gedela Raja Sekhar, Dega Sai Venkata Suman, Chagalamarri Siddaiah, Yellapu Naveen, Talluru Venkata Ramanaiah, Medithe Praveena, Yadala Suresh Babu, Kurupudi Satyanarayana, G. Subrahmanyam and MV Maheswara Rao.
