Bandi leads Hindu Ekta Yatra on May 22

Karimnagar: Union Home Secretary Bandi Sanjay Kumar held preparations for this year’s Hindu Ekta Yatra in Karimnagar on May 22.

As part of the preparations, the poster for the event was held on Wednesday by Dr. Ch Ramana Chary, RSS Karimnagar Division, and E. Madhusudan Rao, President of the Regional of VHP Karimnagar.

Sanjay Kumar has been hosting this event every year in Karimnagar for the past 13 years to showcase the unity and self-esteem of Hindus.

This year, leaders from various castes, public organizations and spiritual groups are participating.

Sanjay Kumar appealed to Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya to the Minister of Labor, Employment and Youth Affairs and Sports to establish an ESI hospital at the Karimnagar regional headquarters after meeting with him in New Delhi on Wednesday.

He also asked for Rs 1 million on the synthetic track of Ambedkar Stadium in Karimnagar and funding funding at the multi-purpose gymnasium at Satavahana University under the ‘Khelo India’ scheme.

He said there was a desperate need for an ESI hospital to serve thousands of workers, including Beedi workers and weavers, from all over Northern Telangana.

Sanjay Kumar also stressed that the Rs 1.6 billion multi-purpose hall project at Satavahana University has submitted a feasibility report.

Dr. Mandaviya responded positively to support and informed ESI hospital’s proposals had been forwarded to the Prime Minister’s Office and directed officials to speed up the evaluation and approval of the remaining proposals.
